A NOTE FROM MATT

  • My class focuses on exploring modern and contemporary movement that is characterized by release techniques.

  • It requires engagement with physical and mental faculties to initiate movement pathways, as well as experiments with force, compression and expansion.

  • I suggest you bring socks and apparel/pants that cover knee/weight-bearing surfaces to facilitate floorwork exercises.
